Even the weeds

are getting spring fever.

I don't have any real flowers in my yard yet, but the flowering weeds are popping up all over the place.

I think spring has sprung.

Progress

Slowly but surely, there is progress on this new Mavrick Service station. It's on the corner of Highway 160 and Homestead, and a very welcomed sight.

And... the fact that I even noticed, makes me think I might be making progress too.
